Action Supply Products is a second-generation, woman-owned, family business serving Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina. The company has been providing industrial and safety supplies to keep customers safe and productive for nearly 40 years.
Action Supply was using Epicor B2BSeller eCommerce module, its ERP vendor’s out-of-the-box eCommerce tool. Despite the excellent performance, the ERP vendor’s eCommerce offering was unable to meet the needs of modern B2B organizations.
